Cult leaders

 [a few thoughts]

we can mean a person who is popular with a following, a so-called 'cult of personality', yet typically we mean a person who run a group of extreme devotion, or a charismatic guru who gathers followers to his or her self. 

At a push you can call a scammer a cult leader, with Peter Popoff he is a guru of sorts, a scammer, sure, yes, and indeed uses his ministry to gather funds, it's a racket, a front, he has a pet cult on a lead to get money, yet there are worse things than greed alone. 

David Berg, also known as Moses David, ran a group known as the Children of God, since changed it's name a few times, and he wasn't in it for money, he was in it for lots of sex with underage-girls, he was a narcissist in the extreme, and created a faith to allow him to live out every fantasy and perversion. 

There are many reasons why cult leaders become what they are, in the sense of position and the abuse they offer, the everyday western guru, new age or otherwise, doesn't often form an organisation, they are selling a product.  And usually not on the scale of Popoff, small business models based on lectures, books, and worshops, no big clean up scam, lots of small plays that are not easily regulated. 

Narcissists are commonly the type of people to create cults, socially insecure people are often the best followers, the narcissist hungers for position, the rest are dominated, indoctrinated, or expelled. 

The average Newage speaker isn't a cult leader, they are a sales person with a willing and credulous audience, same for many christian speakers, they may make vast sums of cash, but it's more about the money than anything.  And these sorts of people are rarely true narcissists. 

The Narcissistic Cult Leader is one who isn't so much after money, sex, or any such thing as such, it's all about what Sam Vaknin, an expert on Narcissism, calls 'narcissstic supply', the sense of gratification that comes of having their own way.  And remember the worst thing you can do is remove that supply to the narcissists ego, it is their life's blood, and extreme cases will do anything to ensure they get it and keep such a supply within their power. 

What is AntiDesteni???

This is very simple, clear, and not rocket science by an stretch of the imagination, AntiDesteni is just the continuing criticism of Desteni and it's organisation, we have no rules or community, just a fair number of critics that question the cult of Desteni.

All to often Destonians, the members of the Desteni cult, say we are abusers, haters, or even make out we are illuminati controlled, clearly they are not speaking common-sense, it's a common idea in cult systems to use abuse terms, the cult leader, Bernard Poolman, has even suggested that reptilian sleeper cells are in place to oppose Desteni, I wonder if I qualify as a shape-shifting lizard?  Naturally I don't follow such paranoia, it seems to be the insane ranting of a guru, most lightly just a control to keep followers in the grid, and even if possible I would expect proof of the claims made toward myself or anyone else, it would be at least honest to provide that.

The propagandist of Desteni, Darryl Thomas, seems to find all the time in the world to spread lies on AntiDesteni, even calling us psychotic or Christian extremists, as with Thom Darc, it seems he can't just use the facts but instead seeks to undermine any critics to the new nation of Destonia.

members of AntiDesteni are largely Anonymous, nameless heroes who seek nothing but to allow free speech to continue, this is often a need thanks to Desteni false flags and DMCAs employed as silencing techniques on youtube, their main power-base.

against the desteni cult

over the years I have come across a few cults and their techiques, one of the most unusual is the desteni cult, known as desteni productions on youtube, I came across their work 4 years ago and was very interested in all types of spiritual practice, desteni was not originally my foe, just a strange thing to watch sometimes.

I only became an ally of antidesteni as i studied the cult in early 2010, their theories were of some interest to me and my own spiritual path as a psychic at the time, but thankfully I grew out of that way of life.  Their talk of equality was interesting, however a great guy known as "desteni truth" exposed them greatly in his videos on the dark side of the desteni belief, over the next three months I met ten main players in Anti-Desteni, they were not organised, but all thought it best to oppose the cult of desteni.

Althought we are not one organisation, and we do not work together in most ways, through out 2010 over 20 people were engaged in the conflict as desteni flagged vids down and DMCA'd others, silencing their foes,
and this year the same war of anticult verses the desteni cult continues.

Through out 2010 and right up to the present day many more rational people have been speaking up against the desteni control systems, but their false flagging of our vids inspired us to co-operate as never before, and has made us a force which would not be easily defeated, indeed even if removed from youtube we are still legion, we are guardians of free speech for all perspectives, and we will not be stopped from sharing our views on desteni just because they are not the party line.

The "anti desteni movement" is a project organised between a number of AntiDesteni allies, its goal was to make aware a great number of people of the reality of desteni productions, mostly expose them as a cult and not a development group, naturally this was not hard to show as an actuality, and with 0rdoTempliAurora, XfinksX, Istenenergia, FreeSpeech4tw & others on the case with myself RobLesterFilms we have a large base to spread the facts on the desteni cult.
